BEATLES REIMAGINED

Beatles Reimagined is a whirlwind musical show that features some of Minnesota's most talent guitarists and rhythm sections. The guitarists take turns performing their arrangements, their "hip retooling" (Star Tribune,) of classics by the Fab Four. Their great songs are reimagined with flavors as varied as as bossa nova, soul, cool jazz, flamenco, waltz, Baroque and psychedelic. Listen for some mashups with Led Zeppelin, Bobby Caldwell and Chic. Beatles Reimagined has featured, on guitars: Zacc Harris, Tim Sparks, Dean McGraw, Joel Shapira, Chris Olsen, Ben Abrahamson and Jeff Perry (curator). Bassists have included Matt McIntyre and Gary Raynor while Bob Johnston and Pete Henning have shared the drum duties. 

The show has been performed multiple times to positive reviews and full houses at the Dakota, Crooners, kj's hideaway and other venues.
