Sonic Dream is an instrumental trio that has been called "Fabulous...one of the Twin Cities' Best" local bands by the Dakota Jazz Club. Founded and led by St. Paul guitarist Jeff Perry, the group is known for their "hip re-tooling" (Star Tribune) of pop songs spanning from Elvis to Dua Lipa and everything in between. Their range of songs connect with people across generations and their creative treatment of the music continually surprises and delights.

That Sonic Dream Sound
Sonic Dream borrows from reggae, soul, rock and jazz, blending these styles into one cool, smooth sound. They also look to a huge variety of musical artists and bands for their material, covering great songs from the past 70 years - songs people know and love. You may hear Bob Marley one moment, U2 the next, followed by Amy Winehouse, then a Beatles/Led Zeppelin mash up. You never know what's next but whatever they play, it has that cool Sonic Dream sound.
